Study Rooms Reservation

The rooms are for group use (at least 2 people).

​​You can make 1 reservation a day for up to 3 hours for up to 2 times a week.

Study Rooms may be scheduled up to 7 days in advance.

The study Rooms will be kept for 20 minutes. Then the booking will be canceled.

If you do not intend to use the reserved study Room, please cancel the booking as soon as possible.

This service is available only to the students of the Exact Sciences and Engineering Faculties.
