Dear researchers!

The Neiman Library of Exact Sciences and Engineering offers you a wide range of services that will assist you in the study and research process. On the library's website you will find information about the services available to you.
We have compiled information for you about the main library services, in order to facilitate your orientation process.

Open Access

Open Access (OA) means that research outputs are distributed online, free of charge, or other access barriers. Readers are not required to pay in order to read the journal’s content. They can read, download, copy, distribute and print as long as they acknowledge the authors and cite the paper properly.

The DaTA system allows a free search in the library collections and in a large number of academic databases. Instructional videos for using the DATA system are available for you on the library website (currently in Hebrew).

CRIS System – Current Research Information System

CRIS aggregate and integrate information about research activity of the university's researchers.

Refer to the Researcher’s Guide for more details.

Requests to add research outputs can be submitted to the library, as specified in the guide.

ORCID Identifier linkage to the University

ORCID serves as the researcher’s “academic ID,” accompanying them throughout their academic activities and enabling the proper attribution of their publications.

Reference management

Information resource management software allows you to import information items from a variety of sources, organize them into a personal database, combine references in documents, and create bibliographic lists.

Remote access

Electronic library resources can also be accessed off-campus. To connect to these resources and gain full-text access off-campus, follow the Remote Access to Data Resources.
