Eligibility
Tel Aviv University students, staff and retirees.
According to the inter-university agreement services are provided to students and staff from all the universities in Israel, as well as personal subscribers.
The system sends e-mail messages in the following cases:
- A monthly report from all campus libraries with all loans, fees and fines (if such exist)
- When a requested book is waiting for the reader
- Warning notices that a loan period cannot be extended or that a book needs to be returned.
- Warning notices that a fine has begun incurring for the reader.
Please note: the above messages are sent only by email!
New students - to ensure you receive messages, ratify your computer code (automatically given upon paying tuition) at University Computer Account (Hebrew).
Students who do not use the University email, must update their email address via the Student Information System (Hebrew).
If you choose not to use the University email, make sure that the messages reach your INBOX.
The email system is designed to send messages only, and not to be used for comments or requests. Not receiving e-mails does not excuse readers from returning books on time or paying fines (unless there is a known library system problem).
