A fine appeal form
- Before submitting the appeal, the loan policy must be read carefully. Failure to recognize the procedures does not constitute grounds for appeal.
- A fine can only be appealed after the return of the book to which the fine applies.
- A sick leave certificate or a reserve service certificate, which relates to the entire late period, is exempt from paying a fine.
