A fine appeal form

  • Before submitting the appeal, the loan policy [1] must be read carefully. Failure to recognize the procedures does not constitute grounds for appeal.
  • A fine can only be appealed after the return of the book to which the fine applies.
  • A sick leave certificate or a reserve service certificate, which relates to the entire late period, is exempt from paying a fine.
