Tel-Aviv Libraries are proud to invite you to a free Author Seminar by academic publisher Springer Nature. The topic of the seminar is "Publishing Scientific Research" and will be presented by Natalie Jacobs.
Topics that will be discussed:
- Publishing articles: How to choose a journal, peer review, what do editors want?
- Open Access: History, costs, benefits.
- Impact in Academic Publishing: Impact Factors, Social Media, Google Scholar, Altmetrics.
- Publishing Books: Different types of books.
- Tools available to you: SpringerLink, Author Academy.
