The use of electronic resources and copyright regulations
The use of printouts, electronic journals, e-books and databases requires users to abide to the copyright and the agreements signed between the libraries, MALMAD and the publishers.
The downloading of full texts from a reader, e-book, an issue or entire periodical, and/or downloading for commercial advantage and systematical downloading from databases and journals, are prohibited and are a violation of the copyright law (including the use of technological means such as robots).
The resources are accessible only to the TAU community: faculty and students, and are intended for personal use only, for the purposes of research or study and not for commercial use.
Distributing or providing access to a third party who does not belong to the university is strictly prohibited.
Breaking these rules can lead to the restriction of access to the university, and is a cause for disciplinary prosecution and/or the use of all legal means available to the university.
The university community has access to the electronic resources from computers outside the university campus.
